TO TAKE THE APPRENTICE TEST:

You must have turned in a completed application to our office that includes a copy of your high school diploma or GED/HSED, a photocopy of a valid driver’s license or letter from someone stating that they will drive you to work and school and a Social Security or green card. 

This application must be received in our office by the Monday prior to the test date.

TEST INFORMATION:

            When:             First Monday of each month

            Where:                       MATC Campus (Commercial Ave) ROOM 261

                                                2125 Commercial Ave

                                                Madison WI 53704

            Time:              Must be present at 5:00 PM (SHARP)

                                                You will have 2 hours to complete the test.

NOTE:  Photo identification will be required for testing.

A calculator is allowed to test.  Please bring your own calculator and a pencil.  There is no charge to take this test.
