Our Mission

Recognizing the fact that workers engaged in the building and construction industry deserve a decent standard of living, we have gathered together to form the Building and Construction Trades Council of South Central Wisconsin (View Map). Our council shall be dedicated to the proposition that in unity there is strength and that in unity we shall improve wages and working conditions for workers in the industry, organize the unorganized, advance apprenticeship training, secure safe and healthy working conditions and in other ways make better the lives of workers in the trades and their families while serving the public by providing quality and value in all the building projects on which we are engaged.
