OPERATING
ENGINEERS
Work Description
Operate heavy equipment including compressors, pumps, hoists,
derricks, cranes, shovels, tractors, scrapers, and motor
graders to excavate, move and grade earth, erect structural
and reinforcing steel. Heavy equipment maintenance skills,
grade instruments, welding and machine overhaul.
Working
Conditions
Outdoors, frequently under adverse weather conditions.

Qualifications|
18 years old and high school diploma or GED
Valid Driver’s License
Physically fit for work in the craft with or without
reasonable accommodation.
